We have recently obtained a Michelin Star 2025 that distinguishes us as a high-level kitchen, in addition to the one we already have, the Green Michelin Star for our commitment to sustainability and respect for local and nearby products.

Don’t wait any longer to enjoy an unforgettable culinary experience at Casa Nova.

15% of the tips collected in our establishment will go to the GLOBAL HUMANITARIA organization.

NOTE: When making a reservation through The Fork platform, you will be asked for a credit card. A €50 deposit will be held on your card and will be available in your account upon arrival. This amount will be charged to your account if the reservation is not cancelled or if the number of guests is reduced more than 48 hours in advance. We do not offer a children’s menu, nor do we provide a high chair or baby changing facilities.

Children aged 3 and older will be charged for the Vineyard menu; menus cannot be shared.

The Chef

Andrés Torres is a journalist and chef who, after working in media and social projects in Latin America, Africa, and Asia, created his own restaurant in the Penedès called Casa Nova.

It has recently obtained the Michelin Green Star for its commitment to sustainability and respect for local and locally sourced products.

    Have eaten here twice and will definitely go again.  The experience is outstanding and creative, despite being a lot fun it is in no way gimmicky.  Very relaxing atmosphere with excellent service, carefully prepared and delicious food, and generally top ambience.
